Part 1 Thought and Understanding
Zen Spirituality is a safe and simple way to create physical, emotional and mental balance. Zen is beneficial for everyone, especially those with hectic, stressful lives. It teaches you how to manage stress; which in turn enhances your overall physical health and emotional well-being. The overactive mind is calmed and turned inward.
In Part 1 of this series we will explore the ideas Understanding and Thought as they applies to the Zen path of life enrichment. We will also begin working on the fundamental aspects of Meditation and the gradual process of training the mind.
