Part 2 Speech, Action and Livelihood
Zen Spirituality is a safe and simple way to create physical, emotional and mental balance. Zen is beneficial for everyone, especially those with hectic, stressful lives. It teaches you how to manage stress; which in turn enhances your overall physical health and emotional well-being. The overactive mind is calmed and turned inward.
In Part 2 of this series we will explore the day to day use of the spoken word, our actions in daily life, how we support ourselves and its impact on those around us from a Zen perspective. We will also be moving to more advanced meditative techniques to develop a calm mental state.
