Zen and Spiritual Cultivation Part 3 Effort and Mindfulness

Zen Spirituality is a safe and simple way to create physical, emotional and mental balance. Zen is beneficial for everyone, especially those with hectic, stressful lives. It teaches you how to manage stress; which in turn enhances your overall physical health and emotional well-being. The overactive mind is calmed and turned inward.
In Part 3 of this series we will discuss individual effort and movement away from the negative and toward the positive. Personal awareness of ones deeds, words and thoughts and how they impact our own happiness. We will also continue work on the meditative process and inner peace.
